Last Sunday we asked you again for your opinion at our Sunday Survey. The topic this time was: Leadership responsibility.
The first thing we were interested in was if you currently have leadership responsibility. The next we wanted to know was if you have / want to take on leadership responsibilities in order to help yourself progress and therefore earn more money, or if your goal is to advance the company with your responsibility and help other employees.
The results show the following: Among our respondents, 68% currently have no leadership position, while 32% do. When asked whether they were more interested in advancing themselves and earning more, or in advancing the company and helping other employees, the answers were very clear. In fact, for 80% of respondents it’s about getting themselves ahead, but for 92% it’s also about getting the business ahead and helping others.
Ultimately, it can be said that it is probably the combination of personal and common interest that makes a good leader.
