A Day in the Life: Pia Baur

Regularly we ask another person to have a look at their schedule. This time: Pia Baur Mindful Business trainer, personal and business coach and speaker

Pia Baur is a trainer and systemic coach for emotional intelligence and mindful self- leadership. She accompanies teams with her mindsense concept that she developed after her 8+ years in corporates. Pia also conducts holistic workshops and ‘Fully Connected’ coaching program where she supports women in fulfilling their potential.

She loves yoga, meditation, hiking and jazz dance.

08.00– 08.30
 Waking up and fighting the urge to check Instagram. Going straight on the yoga mat, doing some stretches and shoulder workouts


08.30 – 09.00
 Drinking lemon water and matcha latte


09.00 – 09.30
 Quick Email/Instagram messages check


09.30 – 12.00
 First private or business coaching of the day, which lasts around two hours. If there is no coaching – prepare training concepts or work on podcast, my website or any of the admin stuff


12.00 – 13.00
 First meal of the day, trying to cook as much as possible. I am veggie since 4 years as sustainability is one of my values


13.00 – 14.00
 Laptop work, replying to emails, client calls discussing collaboration for mind sense business training. Call with my social media assistant once per week to create more valuable content


14.00 – 15.00
 Coffee break, checking social media


15.00 – 17.00
 Concept creation for workshops or preparation, which takes quite a bit of time


17.00 – 19.00
 Holistic workshops with coaching, meditation and yoga, more one on on session, Business Coachings or personal yoga coaching session


19.00 – 20.00
 Dinner (usually leftovers from lunch!)


20.00 – 21.00
 Self-care time: Sports, Yoga, Dance


23.00 – 24.00
 Journaling in my gratitude and happiness journal and meditation if I didn’t do it in the morning


24.00
 Bed time (I am a night owl!)
