We are very excited to show you the results of our last Sunday Survey. This time our topic was: Feedback conversation. We wanted first of all to know how often you think that feedback conversations should take place. We then asked you if you have ever led a feedback conversation yourself and if you feel that feedback conversations are a motivational tool.
The results show: When asked how often feedback conversations should take place, the opinions were very clear on the fact, that they should take place every few month (95%). 5% think once a year would be enough. To the question whether you have ever led such a conversation yourself, 41% answered yes and 59% no. Finally, a large majority (90%) find feedback conversations a motivational tool. 10% disagree.
