Let’s have a talk about our survey last Sunday! It was about: Conflicts at work. First of all we wanted to know if you ever had (major) conflicts at work. Further we wanted to find out from you whether you would eliminate such conflicts through a conversation with the managing director or among oneself. Finally we asked you if you think that conflicts in the workplace can also have a positive impact.
The results were as follows: 63% confirm that they already had major conflicts at work. For 37% this is not the case. In order to solve conflicts, the majority (68%) agree that the best method is to talk among oneself. 32% would tend to have a conversation with the managing director. On the last question, whether conflicts in the workplace can also have positive effects, the vast majority agree that this can definitely be the case. Only 12% believe that conflicts never have a positive impact.
