FemaleOneZero, supported by HypoVereinsbank, is proud to present the 40 Over 40 Mentorship Program, featuring 11 wonderful mentors from our #FoF21 shortlist and jury. This is an opportunity for 11 women to gain career insight from some of Germany’s most inspiring people. Here’s everything you need to know about the program

The Program
The program will take place between June 1stand November 30th 2021. Over these six months, the mentees will have three sessions at their disposal, where their chosen mentor will share insight on their field and talk about their career. Each mentor will zero in on a particular aspect of their expertise, from building a successful network to increasing visibility. The sessions will be offered in German and English, but applicants must be based in Germany.
The Mentors
Katharina Krentz
Her background: Katharina is a member of Bosch’s Corporate HR – Transformation Team and Collaboration Crew and a Consultant for New Work. She is also the Founder of her own label “Connecting Humans” and besides the Working Out Loud network for women in business.
Her expertise: Visibility, connectedness, success and diversity in networking, collaborating virtually, navigating a corporate environment
Languages: German (preferred) and English
Nicola Breyer
Her background: Nicola is Chief Commercial Officer at OptioPay, a Fin-/AdTech StartUp. She has built and transformed digital and traditional businesses internationally for 20+ years and worked in an innovation & growth role at PayPal before returning to an entrepreneurial environment.
Her expertise: FinTech, career planning: goals & purpose, stakeholder management, networking and personal branding, team leadership, promoting others, benefits of corporate vs start-up vs self-employment

Andrea Rexer
Her background: Andrea is Head of Identity, Institutional Affairs & Sustainability at HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit. Before joining the HypoVereinsbank group, she was Senior Editor for Financeat Süddeutsche Zeitung, Head of Editorial at SZ PlanW and Head of Corporate and Markets at Handelsblatt.

Claudia Kessler
Her background: Claudia is an aerospace engineer and a faculty member at the European Institute for Innovation and Sustainability. She founded The First Female German Astronaut, a foundation which raises funds for Germany’s fist female-led space mission.
Her expertise: Network building, advice for women in STEM, entrepreneurship and self-marketing

Vera Schneevoigt
Her background: Vera is Chief Digital Officer at Bosch Security Systems. She previously held various roles at Fujitsu Global and Siemens.
Her expertise: Visibility in and outside social media, advice for women in tech

Prof. Dr. Monika Schnitzer
Her background: Monika is a Full Professor of Economics at the University of Munich. She has more than 20 years of experience in policy consulting and is currently member of the Council of Economic Experts.
Her expertise: Policy consulting, making academic insights accessible for the general public, mediatic work

Tuesday Porter
Her background: Tuesday is in charge of Politics and Governmental Relations at TÜV NORD GROUP. She has more than 25 years of experience in tech companies.
Her background: Wiebke is the CEO of the AllBright Foundation, which collects research and insight on discrimination against women in corporate environments.
Her expertise: Target group-oriented communication, diversity in companies

Deepa Gautam-Nigge
Her background: Deepa is Senior Director and Global Lead at SAP Next-Gen Ecosystem. She has over 20 years of experience helping corporations innovate their business models.

Andrea Martin
Her background: Andrea has worked at IBM for almost thirty years, and she is currently a Distinguished Engineer at the company. Her previous roles include Executive Consultant and Managing Consultant.
Her expertise: Leading global teams remotely, combining leadership and tech in your career, sharpening your external profile, building a career with a passion for people and technology

Natascha Zeljko
Her background: Natascha is the Founder and Editor-In-Chief of FemaleOneZero, and Co-Founder of CURAZE. She has over 20 years of experience in media and publishing.
Her expertise: Content production and management, storytelling, writing and journalism

The Application Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their motivation. You will be able to pick your favorite mentor, and on the application form, you will be asked about your reasons for applying and why you want to work with her. The application form can be filled out in English or German. Applications are open until April 18th 2021.
