Yvonne Klein
What I do:
I have been working for over 5 years at Hager UB as Talent Acquisition in internal recruiting.
What drives me:
Recruiting is not just a job, it is my passion. My goal is to make Hager Unternehmensberatung even more successful through the added value that each individual person brings to the company.
My big themes for 2021:
Quality will, in my opinion more than ever, become the key for the long-term success of a company. In addition, diverse teams are demonstrably more agile and successful in handling complex tasks. Therefore, I would like to work even more intensively on the topics of quality and equality in 2021. The subjects of diversity and equality in connection with corporate culture and values also play a major role for me.

What I do:
I have been working for more than 6 ½ years for Hager Unternehmensberatung in the Business Unit Software. In my role as manager, I am responsible for the acquisition of new mandates, the comprehensive support of my existing clients as well as the staffing of specialists and management roles.
What drives me:
Understanding people and organizations and bringing them together.
Why diversity is essential in my eyes:
The modern working world is influenced by globalization, demographic change and an increasingly diverse society. In my opinion, an active approach towards diversity represents an important added value for companies. It has been proven that teams that differ in age, origin and gender achieve better results than homogeneous groups. Therefore, diversity is a strategic issue for a company or organization and requires commitment from the management.

What I do:
I have already been working for 7 years at Hager Unternehmensberatung in the IT Services & Operations business unit. As Team Project Manager I am responsible for the execution and management of entire consulting projects. Together with my team, which I am responsible in both disciplinary and technical matters, we successfully fill specialist and management positions. In addition to candidate support, another focus of my work is for Key Account and relationship management.
What drives me:
To analyze the client's wishes, to understand their problems and challenges and to find the right match. I see myself as a ‘mediator’ between my client and the potential applicants. Convincing candidates who are not actively looking for a new job and thus helping them to advance professionally and personally motivates me every day. I also enjoy my role as a manager very much. This includes recruiting employees for Hager, training them in the personnel consulting processes and coaching them – that fulfils me.
My big themes for 2021:
Expansion of the team, gaining new follow-up contracts from existing customers and employee development.
Christine Trimpel
What I do:
Since 2016, I have been working as a manager at Hager Unternehmensberatung, where I am responsible for the operational business of the Industrial Business Unit and the management of the nine-member team.
What drives me:
Great exchange with clever minds; creating added value by bringing together the 'right' individuals to make companies more successful and people more satisfied. To meet the challenges of our modern working world, we need a new understanding of the role of managers who give their team the freedom to develop their skills and talents.
My big themes for 2021:
Staying open and curious for new and different ideas, thus becoming better and better and developing further.

What I do:
I have been working in personnel consulting for almost 10 years, with a leading role in the construction and real estate industry.
Since summer 2020, I have been responsible for the implementation and development of the construction and real estate industry as Business Unit Manager at Hager Unternehmensberatung.
What drives me:
The satisfied customers and candidates who become more successful through our services and thus put great trust in us.
My big themes for 2021:
Building the unit and ‘leading to success’. I enjoy working with a multifaceted team of men and women with different backgrounds. I also want to expand my network, because networking is by far the most important thing in our job! I always try to participate online at events, trade fairs, get-togethers in my industry and meet new people, despite my male-dominated work environment.
