In one sentence: What motivates you?

Tea, nuts & Ritter Sport coco

In two sentences: in your opinion, why do diversity and digitalization belong together?

I believe that digitalization is one of the key strategies to shape the future and can prove an incredibly powerful tool. With this we can interconnect different people all over the world and learn about their experiences to help creating a diverse fashion world.

In three sentences: Do you have a role model? If yes, who and why?

I can not cover one specific role model in this answer. I am often inspired by strong personalities who believe in their vision, those who let their actions speak for themselves, people who question norms and stereotypes. On a personal level, I met a lot of inspiring people during the last couple of years.

Your tip for newcomers and young talent?

As a startup you have limited resources and of course you can not know everything right from the start. In my case, I studied fashion design and not economics. That is why it is important to get to know people who can support you efficiently. That is why I am developing AUF AUGENHOEHE with Jan Siegel (Business Strategy), Natalia Wisniewski (Quality & Product Management) and Elisabeth Kitzerow (Graphic Design & Art Direction).

And on the other hand it is important to build a network of consultants and coaches and, of course, share experiences with other startup teams. We believe that by working together as a society, but also as an industry, we can create synergy and benefit from each other.

What is your goal for 2019?

The long-term goal of AUF AUGENHOEHE is to establish an inclusive fashion world with true diversity and acceptance for little people as part of fashion and lifestyle internationally. AUF AUGENHOEHE uses fashion as a tool to stand up against exclusion and discrimination.
