1. What is the best advice ever received?
The best advice I ever received was to have focus and clarity on my goal and to lead my life with purpose, focused on achieving this mission. To be authentic and know what my super-powers are and to learn how to tell my story. To be my own big sister and look reflectively at what I am doing, to reinvent myself again and aim even higher.
2. What gets you out of bed every morning?
I have a natural desire and ambition to want to make a difference, and my mission is to change, improve and even save people’s lives and the planet. I believe that one is never too young to lead and never too old to learn and my curious mind thrives on being a learn-it-all. I believe in having personal courage and love to connect people’s hearts and minds to a transformative mission. I am inspired by the energy that comes from finding true purpose that motivates other people to get out of bed because they love what they do.
3. What are your next milestones?
My next milestones are to stay focused, stay true to myself and stay loud! I want to help to inspire companies and cultures on issues that impact people and the planet the most, and to be the leader who has the courage to stand up and fight for these issues so the world of the next generation of future leaders feels they have a voice in the change they want to see.
4. What is your best analog moment?
Recently, my best analog moment was speaking to a room full of European doctors and policy makers on the topic of donors and cell and organ transplantation from a “users experience”. The biggest gift was being asked to share my story and have a dialogue on issues that I care deeply about. I felt uniquely privileged to use this podium to connect hearts and minds for the purpose of changing and improving other people’s lives.
