Mastering Corporate Innovation - Best Practices, Tools & Implementation

Corporate innovation has never been more relevant. While the half-life time of corporations has been 30 years three decades ago, it has shrunk to 5 years in 2020. This pattern is universally observable: Companies remained in the S&P 500 index on average for over 62 years in 1962. By now, this time has become less than 15 years.

It has hence become paramount for organisations to address new customers, launch new products, and conceptualise new business models. Constant re-innovation is a delicate topic. It needs to be carefully designed and implemented by the C-suite of a company.

With this event between CURAZE and EWOR, we will review the established tools of corporate innovations, summarise the most effective innovation tools, and share relevant case studies that demonstrate how such tools are used in practice.

Invitation-only event.
